Rain Dazzle Boutique is a customized print on demand store, so the items can not be returned. 
The only exception is if the print and design is not what you ordered.

We don’t take any returns or exchanges due to the fact that we custom print them once they are ordered, but  we want all of our customers to love their items.
If for any reason that you receive your items damaged, please e-mail a photo of the product to:
[email protected] and we will replace your damaged item.
